Set up your organization
Your states, regions, and chapters are built into the hierarchy, branded with your organization's own colors and logo. Advisors and students join through a public request form routed to the right approver.
Build a conference
Create the conference, then add events using a simple checkbox table - judged or tested, team or individual, open or invite-only, file upload or not.
Configure each event
Build a rubric by hand, by CSV, or straight from an existing PDF. Set up a test question bank the same three ways. Assign rooms, time slots, and judges - by hand or auto-generated for the whole conference at once.
Register competitors
Chapters build rosters and register students into events, individually or by team, with required volunteer job sign-ups enforced automatically if your conference needs them.
Score and test, live
Judges score against the rubric on their own device. Students take timed tests with accommodations applied automatically. Standings update as scores and results come in - viewable in real time.
Finalize and export
Finalizing is blocked until every tie is resolved, so results are clean before they're locked in. Export awards-ceremony slides in placement or alphabetical order, with your own branded template and an animated reveal.
Communicate throughout
Send scoped newsletters to exactly the chapters, regions, or conferences you mean to reach, at any point in the season - not just at the end.
