About

One platform, built to fit your organization - not the other way around

CTSOManager started with a simple observation: most career and technical student organizations run their entire competition season on spreadsheets, shared folders, email chains, and two or three separate paid tools stitched together by hand - even though every one of them shares the same national-state-region-chapter structure underneath.

Why we built it

The tools weren't built for how CTSOs actually work

Generic event software doesn't know what a "judged event" is, doesn't understand chapter advisors and state officers as different roles with different visibility, and doesn't scope a newsletter to just the region that should get it. General-purpose tools can be made to work, with enough duct tape and enough separate subscriptions - CTSOManager does it natively, because that's the only thing it was built to do.

🗂️

Mirrors your real structure

National, state, region, and chapter aren't a workaround bolted onto generic software - they're the foundation everything else is built on.

🎯

Built for one job, done well

Conferences, judged and tested competitions, scoring, and the communication that surrounds a season - not a general-purpose tool stretched to cover it.

🤝

Shaped by real organizations

Every feature exists because a real CTSO needed it during a real competition season - not because it looked good on a features list.

What it replaces

Fewer tools, fewer logins, fewer bills

We say this with real respect for every tool a CTSO has cobbled together to get by - spreadsheets, shared drives, a newsletter platform, a billing system - each one was probably the right call at the time, solving a real problem with whatever was on hand. CTSOManager's pitch isn't that those tools are bad; it's that a CTSO shouldn't need five of them to run one season. Newsletters, invoicing, rosters, rubrics, and scheduling all live under one login instead of five, which usually means real savings on the subscriptions you can let lapse, and real hours back for the staff who aren't copying data between systems anymore.

One platform, many organizations

Your own branded instance

CTSOManager is built to host more than one CTSO, and each one gets its own colors, logo, and branded experience. Your members log into what looks and feels like your organization's own platform. They never see another organization's data, branding, or members - and neither do you.

How we work with CTSOs

Directly, not through a pricing page

We don't publish a one-size-fits-all price list, because no two CTSOs run their season quite the same way. Instead, we sit down with your organization directly to understand how you're structured and what you need, and work out a plan that actually fits - including walking through, line by line, what you'd be able to stop paying for elsewhere once you're set up here.
