Built for clinical-skill events and knowledge exams together
HOSA's roughly 60 competitive events span six categories - Health Science, Health Professions, Emergency Preparedness, Leadership, Teamwork, and Recognition - mixing knowledge-test categories with hands-on clinical-skill events judged station by station. Members advance from a chapter through a State Leadership Conference to the International Leadership Conference (ILC). CTSOManager's tested-and-judged event types, room/slot scheduling, and rubric scoring were built to run all of it under one conference.
Built for health science professions
Clinical skill stations, rubric-scored
Hands-on skill events are scored against a digital rubric, judge by judge and station by station, with results feeding live standings.
Knowledge-test events built in
A full testing engine handles knowledge-based categories, with CSV question-bank import, timers, and automatic grading.
Room & time-slot scheduling for a busy conference day
Auto-generate a full schedule of rooms, time slots, and judge assignments for a State Leadership Conference or ILC-style event, or build it by hand - either way, competitors and judges know exactly where to be.
Individual and team events together
Individual and team-based HOSA events share one roster and results system, with team scores rolled up automatically.
Everything else a HOSA season needs
Beyond how competitive events are scored, a full season runs on the rest of the platform too - the same for HOSA as for every other organization on CTSOManager.
Your real hierarchy
National, state, region, and chapter levels each see only their own data - no extra configuration required.
Scoped newsletters
Send updates to exactly the chapters, regions, or conferences you mean to reach, with send history and templates built in.
Chapter invoicing
Fee items, automatic invoicing, and a full payment ledger replace a manual "who owes what" spreadsheet.
Your own colors and logo
Once HOSA is set up, the whole platform - including its own branded login page - reflects your organization's own colors and logo.
CTSOManager is an independent platform and isn't officially affiliated with or endorsed by HOSA-Future Health Professionals. This page describes how the platform's features would fit the way HOSA-style competitions are typically run, based on public information about the organization.
